  1. Martin has been thoughtful and penetrating in his menu advice for us at Damascus Drum, particularly at the setting up stages, and was always willing to go the extra mile. His experience reaches areas other consultants don’t even know exist. Equally knowledgeable on European and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and wines.
